DieBegleitforschunggingderFragenach,welcheRahmenbedingungendesProjekts positive (Weiter-)Entwicklungen bezüglich der digitalen Lehre im Kontext der universitären Lehrkräftebildung initiieren können. Hierzu wurden Datensätze auf quanti- und qualitativem Wege erhoben, ausgewertet und die Teilbefunde bei der Interpretation miteinander verknüpft. Zentrale Voraussetzungen für interdisziplinäre Projekte sind nach Ansicht der Autor:innen (1) eine für alle gleichermaßen geltende Vereinbarung der Projektziele, (2) eine gemeinsam abgestimmte Projektstruktur, (3) die Thematisierung der sozialisierten communitiy-basierten Denk- und Arbeitsweisen, (4) die Entwicklung einer gemeinsamen Sprache und (5) eine zentrale Projektkoordination zur Umsetzung und Begleitung der genannten Punkte. The accompanying research investigated the question of which project conditions can initiate positive (further) developments with regard to digital teaching in the context of university teacher training. To this end, data sets were collected and analysed using quantitative and qualitative methods and the partial findings were linked together in the interpretation. In the opinion of the authors, the central prerequisites for interdisciplinary projects are (1) an agreement on the project goals that applies equally to everyone, (2) a jointly coordinated project structure, (3) the thematisation of socialised, community-based ways of thinking and working, (4) the development of a common language and (5) central project coordination for theimplementationandmonitoringofthepointsmentioned.
